Niger State Government declares public holiday for distribution of palliatives to LGAs in the state.

Niger State Government has declared Monday to Friday next week as public holiday to enable Civil Servants and Political office holders participate in the distribution and monitoring of the Palliatives and Ramadan feeding in their various Local Government Areas.

The Niger State Commissioner of Information and Strategy, Binta Mamman, made the declaration in a Press Statement this Friday in her office in Minna.

She enjoined Nigerlites to seize the opportunity to pray for the peace and tranquility of the State and Nation as a whole.

The Commissioner appealed to the Civil Servants and Political office holders to see this task as a call for service to humanity.

Hon. Binta Mamman urged Citizens to cooperate with the State’s Officials and be orderly at all distribution and feeding points for smooth and successful exercise.

She thanked Farmer Governor Mohammed Umar Bago for making funds available and prayed Allah (SWT) to guide him in running the affairs of the State.
